Abel definately has the "Mayan Way". He is a channel of God's love, Universal Love all combined with a healing touch. This is almost a lost art......the "Ruda" has been used for thousands of years as a Religious/Healing herb. My only regret is my lack to communicate to learn more. I feel "light", complete and loved.
